Ingredients:

heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add onion, leek, garlic and stock. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes. Add coconut milk and prawns and return mixture to a simmer. To make: 1) Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease a large dish with cooking spray. 2) In a large bowl, combine sausages, flour, milk, cream, garlic, smoked paprika, salt and pepper. Mix well until sausages are fully coated. 3) Pour mixture into the prepared dish. Top with prawns and cheese. Bake in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Grease a baking dish with the olive oil. In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté the onion in the oil until softened. Add the mushrooms, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper. Cook until the mushrooms are soft. Pour in the broth and wine and bring to a boil. Simmer for 5 minutes until slightly thickened. Remove from heat. Stir in the cheese, prawns and parsley. Ingredients - 1 cauliflower, cut into florets - 250g green prawns, peeled and deveined - 175g pancetta, diced - 1 garlic cloves, crushed - 2 tablespoons olive oil - 50g Grana Padano or Parmesan cheese, grated - Fresh thyme leaves - Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste - 100ml milk - 100ml cream Method 1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius (360 degrees Fahrenheit). Grease a baking dish with some of the olive oil. Add the cauliflower florets, prawns, pancetta, garlic and thyme. Season with salt and pepper then toss everything together until well combined. Pour in the milk and cream then give everything one more mix. Lastly, sprinkle over the Grana Padano or Parmesan cheese. Place in the oven and bake for 25 minutes until golden brown and bubbling. Serve hot straight from the baking dish. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

1 dozen large herby prawns, peeled and deveined

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 garlic clove, chopped

1/4 teaspoon chili flakes

1/4 cup dry white wine

1/2 cup fresh bread crumbs 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and chili flakes, and cook for 30 seconds. Add prawns, and cook for 2 minutes per side, or until opaque.
  3. Add white wine, and simmer for 2 minutes.
  4. Transfer mixture to a 11x7 inch baking dish. Combine bread crumbs and parsley, and sprinkle over shrimp mixture. Bake for 10 minutes, or until bread crumbs are browned.
